It is our pleasure to prepare freshly cooked dishes with passion every day.
In the morning, we take care of our guests offering a rich breakfast buffet with products from our farm, homemade sweets and many more delicacies. Our kitchen team treats our guests every evening with a royal dinner that consists of a five-course menu of your choice with salad buffet, alternating with gala dinners. We are pleased to offer an excellent wine selection of Italian and particularly of South Tyrolean wines. Our passion is targeted towards local and national small winemakers we are happy to present them to our guests. Moreover, it is our pleasure to open our wine cellar with some exclusive bottles for special occasions of any kind in order to find the perfect balance between fragrances, flavours and taste of wine and food.
Our first priority is product quality. “Most of the things are homemade – be it pasta, noodles or dumplings, sweets, cakes or ice-cream. I buy groceries at local farms in the surroundings.”Our chef Elisabeth Steinkasserer
